Schedule for submission of offline Examination Forms/Enrollment for Secondary School (Class 10th) examination Annual (Private)/Bi-annual. 2021-22 under Jammu & Kashmir State Open School (JKSOS) by all eligible candidates i.e. reappear/failure of all previous sessions.

It is notified for the information of all the stakeholders that the candidates, who are declared under reappear/failure category in Annual (Private)/Bi-annual, Session on 2020-21 JKSOS examination and the reappear/failure candidates of all other previous sessions and are eligible to appear in ensuing Annual (private/Bi-annual 2021-22 JKSOS
examination, shall submit their Examination Forms offline at JKBOSE Divisional/Sub/Branch offices of the JK Board as per the following schedule.
General Instructions:

1. The Permission Cum Examination Forms shall be available in the Concerned Divisional /Sub/Branch offices of the JKBOSE and shall be issued to the authorized representative /Ad mission In-charge of the accredited Centers of J&K SOS against payment of Rs 20/- as cost of Exam form.

2. The candidates are directed to strictly fill in their registered particulars and affix one latest digital coloured photograph on their respective Exam Form and submit the same in their respective institutions.

3. The Heads of the Affiliated accredited Centers/Institutions are instructed that
a) No proxy or any fake attestation is executed from their Institution and shall keep information regarding the candidates appearing through their respective schools by reference of the school sent-up readily available.

b) the Registered particulars of the five candidates only are filled on each side of the Enrollment sheet.
4. Cell nos of each candidate shall be necessarily recorded on the enrollment sheets.
5. The prescribed fee, of their eligible candidates is to be deposited in the designated Branch of the J&K Bank, Lal Mandi, Srinagar. However, in case of Jammu Division, the stakeholders can contact the Divisional office, Jammu/Sub/Branch offices of Jammu Division for deposition of fee.

6. Submit the Examination Forms and statements of Enrollment complete in all respects and duly filled in prescribed formats along with forwarding letters are to be submitted, in the District office, Lal Mandi Srinagar/Divisional office Jammu/Sub/Branch offices of UTs of J&K/Ladakh through their authorized representative/admission in-charge of accredited centers.
7. In case the last date/s for submission of returns/fee is declared as holiday, the next working day shall be treated as last date.
