Jammu and Kashmir board of school education has notified for the information of all concerned that, in view of prevailing Covid-19 Pandemic, the following conecession shall be awarded to the students of Classes 10, 11″ and 12 Annual (Private) Bi-annual examination in the forthcoming Examination 2020-21 Kashmir Division/Winter Zone areas of Jammu Division and UT of Ladakh and Annual (Private) /Bi annual 2021 Summer Zone areas of Jammu Division, as a one time measure.

SAKIB School Edu Deptt to make all institutions ‘schools disabled friendly’ by 2024 Sakib Srinagar, Aug 16 (KNO): Following the directives of National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), School Education Department Wednesday said that it will make all ‘schools disabled friendly’ by 2024 and will ensure all provisions for specially abled students. According to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Director of School Education Kashmir while referring to the directives of NHRC asked all Chief Education Officers (CEOs) of the region to implement Section 45 of Rights of persons with disabilities Act.
